Pages are built from source-backed fields and documented transformations. CiteFacts does not add generic prose merely to increase page count. New resources must answer an observed question or reduce a real retrieval, joining, comparison, or monitoring step.
Source facts and publisher fields
Source facts retain their authority and provenance. Urgency tags, normalized groupings, collections, match scores, and change classifications are publisher fields and are labeled as such. Unsupported interpretations are omitted.
Medical and safety boundaries
Recall remedies are quoted or summarized from the official notice; follow the authority's instructions. Drug-shortage pages report nationwide FDA supply status only. They do not recommend treatment, substitutions, dosing, compounding, or local sourcing. No clinical-review claim is made.
