The serial number is printed at the top corner on the right- hand-side metal plate where HVR - CCM are written, inside of the visors, engraved into the polycarbonate. The following visor and visor accessories are included in the recall. Consumers without access to a participating retailer should contact CCM directly and CCM will send a return prepaid envelope for the return of the recalled product. CCM will ship a replacement upon receipt of the returned recalled product."
